Paper: Arturo Cover 260gsm White

This wedding invitation was letterpress printed in two ink colors on Arturo White 260gsm. The crisp white color of the sheet was a perfect compliment to the darker colored backing. The soft texture of the paper lends itself very well to the deep impression of modern letterpress printing. The envelopes that accompany the Arturo line have a unique cut and sturdy posture which is hard to come by. Arturo always makes a press run a pleasure. Gilah Press + Design is a letterpress studio that produces custom designed work, multiple lines of greeting cards and also offers printing services to other design professionals. We mainly print using polymer plates, which frees the limits of traditional letterpress by allowing designers to design on the computer as opposed to hand setting type and images. Don?t get us wrong, we?re all about some lead and wood type, but we also understand the need for further customization, which is why we love the flexibility of letterpress in the 21st century.
