The choice of paper on which you print your fine art is critical to the end result. Your selection will dramatically affect the quality of your final image. You?ve labored for many hours to create this special print ? shouldn?t it be printed on the finest paper available? At Legion, we think it should.

Some of the papers discussed below have been made for centuries. Others have been developed by Legion with the help of the world?s best fine art lithographers. If the integrity of the final print is your goal, then one of these papers should be your choice.

All of these papers are manufactured to the highest standards of longevity, including buffering with calcium carbonate. Each of the papers below is made from either 100% cotton rag or high alpha cellulose pulp and is created to meet the demands of the offset printing process. These papers vary in surface texture, from smooth to rough with many variations in between. Additionally, some of these papers are coated for additional ink holdout.
