Stonehenge paper is something I count on! It has just the right tooth to allow colored pencil to adhere easily without too much texture, it is 100% cotton, it is available at most places, and it is an affordable price. That makes it the perfect choice for colored pencil workshops where the dry pencil is used.

People who transfer their drawings with a window can see through the paper easily. It also holds up to plenty of layering and lifting excess pencil with tack. No one likes to figure out how to cover up an area where the top layer of paper has torn off when they tried to lift it with tack!
