Survey Contest Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
The Legion Paper Customer Survey Contest (the "Contest") is open only to legal residents of the United States and Canada, excluding Quebec, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Legion Paper, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or those living in the same household of each such employee are not eligible to participate. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

2. Sponsor
The Contest is sponsored by Legion Paper, located at 38 E 32nd Street, New York, NY 10016 (the "Sponsor").

3. Agreement to Rules
By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms & Conditions and represent and warrant that they meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, entrants agree to accept the decisions of Sponsor as final and binding.

4. Contest Period
Entries will be accepted starting on February 12, 2025 and ending on April 15, 2025 (the "Contest Period").

5. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the customer survey provided by Legion Paper within the Contest Period. Limit one (1) entry per person. Any attempt to enter more than once by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices will void that entrant’s submissions.

6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive $500 (USD) MSRP of any Legion Artist Pad brand in any format of their choice, subject to availability. The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. No substitutions will be made except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

7. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor within fourteen (14) days of the Contest closing date. The winner will be notified via email within five (5) days of selection. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within ten (10) days from the time notification was sent, or fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Odds
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.

10. Release & Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability or claims arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt, use, or misuse of the prize.

11. Disputes
This Contest is governed by the laws of the United States and Canada (excluding Quebec). Any legal claims arising from the Contest shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction.

12. Privacy Policy
Information submitted with an entry is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy. By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications from Sponsor but may opt out at any time.

13. Winner List
To obtain a copy of the winner’s name, mail a request to Sponsor at Legion Paper, 38 E 32nd Street, New York, NY 10016 within thirty (30) days after the Contest Period ends.
