Stationery Show BINGO Project

Get ready to be bedazzled!

The (third!) annual Stationery Show promotional project is going to be bigger, better and flashier than anything we've done in the past.  We proudly present BINGO FOR TWO!

Organized by Flywheel Press and sponsored by Legion, the BINGO FOR TWO project features 22 designers (who are all NSS Exhibitors), printing on 28 different fine art papers using a variety of printing techniques (Letterpress, Digital, Foil, Offset).

As in year's past, attendees at the NSS will participate in a Scavenger Hunt to collect all 32 Bingo Tokens from each designer's booth (see list of participants below).

Once all the tokens have been collected, swing by the Legion Paper booth #3074 to collect the Bingo Boards and box.

As we count down to the Stationery Show (May 19th, baby!) we'll post more pics and videos of this project.

LIST OF PARTICIPATING SHOPS/DESIGNERS

We're super excited to be working with these exceptional designers and printers and know you'll be impressed with this year's project.

The little printer that could (print white)

Some exciting news for those wanting to print white on black (or dark) paper:

Mountaincow announced the availability of a new solution for white printing onto rich, dark cards and envelopes with matte, metallic and linen finishes.

Using the new C711WT digital color printer with white toner from OKI Data Americas combined with the latest PrintingPress Pro Extreme 7.0 software by Mountaincow, invitation designers can now offer in‐house printing of white text, motifs and addresses onto black, dark blue, brown and other dark stationery for the first time ever.

Modern Multiples New Online Store

Modern Multiples, a longtime friend of Legion Paper, broke out their new site & online store today, with a 40% Day One discount (mother's day is coming up - we're already going through the catalog...)

MM is a world renowned fine art serigraph and digital printmaking studio that works with a wide range of artists to realize their vision in their prints.  The list of artists who've passed through their doors is long and storied but they're not ones to name drop so neither will we.

In their words: The ultimate beauty of the printmaking tradition is shown in its democratic nature. A fine-art print has the ability to reach a greater population of appreciators that may not be able afford original works, such as paintings. By providing our service the art community, we continue the great tradition of making accessible works of art for the public.

Right on.
